Different from the old testament when the Holy Spirit comes and goes (and does not necessarily stay) today after Christ death the Holy Spirit does stay with us we just have to humble ourselves, (get over our pride, selfishness, frustrations, etc.) and we will hear that still small voice within us: the person of the Holy Spirit, that one of the triune God Head.
